Year 6 Pupils enjoyed having History, German and Geography lessons with visiting Secondary School teachers. The aim of the visit is to give the Year 6 pupils a little bit of an insight into life in the Secondary School and to meet some of the teachers who they will come into contact with when they are start Year 7 in September. Pupils learnt a few simple German phrases and were able to test their language skills on their fellow classmates. In Geography they were split into groups and given a series of questions to answer about a particular country and in the History lesson they learnt a little bit about the Middle Ages and The Bayeux Tapestry, the longest piece of embroidery in the world.
