Secondary School students were treated to a Master Class Cooking Lesson when Michelin Star Chef, Rafa Soler Chef, from Audrey’s Restaurant in Calpe, and world-class pastry chef, Robert Jennings, from Harina Bakery in Jalon visited the school to judge the Christmas Cake Competition. The students were privy to some trade secrets and were taught how to make a very special and very delicious dessert from Audrey’s. They were also shown the special method that makes Robert’s bread so popular and healthy.
